- Mahalaxmi Infotech kisi bhi समय terms update kar sakta hai; website ka continued use updated terms ki acceptance mana jayega.
- Website ka content — text, logos, images — Mahalaxmi Infotech ki property hai; बिना permission reproduce na karein. BUSY, Marg, Tally aur anya brand names unke respective owners ke trademarks hain.
2. Software Licenses & Pricing
- Sabhi software licenses respective companies (BUSY Infotech, Marg ERP, Tally Solutions) ke license agreements ke adheen hote hain.
- Prices INR me hote hain; software companies ke price revision ke saath बिना notice badal sakte hain. Final price quotation/invoice par hi confirm hota hai.
- License activate hone ke baad software return/refund company policy ke anusaar hi possible hai — activate hua license generally non-refundable hota hai.
3. Hardware Sales & Warranty
- Hardware products par respective brand ki official warranty milti hai; warranty claims brand ke service network ke through process hote hain.
- Physical damage, liquid damage ya unauthorized repair warranty me cover nahi hote.
- Consumables (billing rolls, labels, ribbons) par warranty lagoo nahi hoti.
4. Support & AMC
- Free support scope purchase ke साथ बताई गई अवधि tak hota hai; uske baad per-call ya AMC basis par service milti hai.
- AMC ke terms (duration, visits, scope) AMC agreement/invoice me define hote hain.
- Remote support ke दौरान customer apne data ka backup rakhne ke liye jimmedaar hai; hum data loss ke liye responsible nahi honge jo humari gross negligence ke बिना hua ho.
5. Payments
- Payment cash, UPI, bank transfer ya card se accept hota hai; sabhi payments GST invoice ke saath hote hain.
- License/renewal activation full payment ke baad hi hota hai.
6. Jurisdiction
Kisi bhi vivaad ki स्थिति me jurisdiction Balotra, Rajasthan hoga.
